Acceptance and scope
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NEXGEN Developments website, marketplace tools, account services, supplier listings, and enquiry workflows.
By creating an account, submitting information, or using a NEXGEN service, you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
The NEXGEN platform
NEXGEN provides digital tools that help customers, fleet operators, workshops, and suppliers discover listings, request parts, compare information, and send enquiries. NEXGEN is a platform provider and does not become a party to a transaction between a buyer and a seller unless expressly agreed in writing.
Listings, availability, pricing, delivery, warranties, and commercial terms are supplied by the relevant seller. You should confirm these details directly with the seller before travelling, paying, or placing an order.
Accounts and information
You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- Do not create an account using false, misleading, or unauthorised information.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
- Company accounts may be reviewed before supplier listings or other restricted features are activated.
Listings, enquiries, and third parties
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of any listing, request, quote, image, or other content you submit. You must have the right to provide that content and must not infringe another person’s rights.
When you send an enquiry, NEXGEN may share the details needed to handle that enquiry with relevant suppliers or service providers. Any contract, payment, delivery, return, warranty, or dispute between marketplace participants is dealt with between those participants, subject to the terms they agree.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive.
- Do not upload malware, attempt to bypass security, scrape the service, or interfere with the platform.
- Do not post inaccurate pricing, misleading stock information, unlawful content, or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Do not use NEXGEN contact information or messaging tools for spam or unsolicited marketing.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep NEXGEN available and useful, but services and information may change, be unavailable, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
NEXGEN is not responsible for a third party’s products, services, representations, or failure to perform. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
